to anticipate our customers’ needs.

Whether we are modernizing our equipment, digitizing our processes or upgrading our information systems, we remain agile and responsive. Every solution we implement is aimed at providing an ever more responsive, secure and appropriate service.

is at the heart of our performance.

We do our utmost to guarantee reliable results and consistent quality of service, while minimizing our environmental impact. Our responsible approach is part of a process of continuous improvement, supported by committed and supportive teams.

A responsible purchasing policy supported by the TRED UNION network.

  • TRED CHARIOT is fully committed to the environmental policy of its group, TRED UNION, which requires its members to adhere to the EVE program via the Objectif CO₂ charter or label.
  • To date, 92% of the companies in the network have been chartered or certified, testifying to a strong collective commitment to accelerating the energy transition.
  • Since 2022, TRED CHARIOT has been actively involved in the EVcom scheme, with a clear ambition: to reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 9% over three years. Less than a year after the launch of this approach, the first results are showing a real impact: a 7.57% drop in emissions has already been achieved, proof of a solid and continuous progress dynamic.

Concrete commitments, measurable results!

  • Reducing parasitic kilometers: regionalizing routes optimizes journeys, reduces empty returns, cuts lead times and lowers costs.
  • Energy transition: a growing proportion of the fleet is fuelled by alternative biofuels that significantly reduce emissions (see list of equipment at the bottom of the page).
  • Less polluting equipment: the deployment of on-board electric forklift trucks reduces emissions in delivery areas, while also reducing noise pollution.
  • Optimized loading: by increasing the payload per pallet to 1,500 kg (compared with 800 kg on average for conventional parcel services), the fill rate was improved by 10%.
