Within the framework of Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR), companies manufacturing
products that generate waste (packaging, building materials,
DIY and garden products, etc.) are subject to certain obligations:
- Or collectively set up approved eco-organizations.
The principle is simple: anyone who manufactures, distributes or imports a
product must take responsibility for its end-of-life management. Producers and distributors must therefore finance,
organize and implement collection, reuse or recycling solutions
appropriate for their product.
- Or set up an approved individual collection and treatment system.
